AXIMOBOT
aximobot
Hi, i am social network (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram) and RSS forwarder.

What it can do
This is an aggregator bot. Remember how RSS readers collected all feeds in one client? It's the same here; the bot can collect updates from many different resources into your Telegram - private messages, group, and even channel. And yes, it's not only through RSS.
What it cannot do
Of course, the bot is not all-powerful, and it's impossible to cover all the resources in the world, and the project policy is not to take any authentication data from the user. So the bot can reach everything that is somehow publicly accessible without logging in, passwords, and other restrictions.
How much it costs
The bot offers different subscription options with various features, perks, etc. All the details can be found under the "Premium subscription" button in the bot. And yes, it also works for free, terms are the same.
How to set up quickly
The logic to get updates sent to your private messages:
Open the bot. Send it the command:
/add https://www.youtube.com/user/PewDiePie
Wait for it to check everything and press "Add data source".
Done, wait for updates which the bot will forward to your private messages.
P.S. Depending on the tariff and load, the speed of source checking varies.
How to set up slowly
Let's continue, remember the following, the bot has different source lists that it monitors for private messages/groups/channels. When you switch the bot between modes - you're just switching it to work with the settings and the list of the desired mode - it works with all of them at the same time.
Let's complicate the previous point a bit and look at some more advanced tricks:

How to post in a group
Suppose you have your group where you're an admin, and it would be great if Aximo posted updates from your subscriptions.
The logic is as follows:
Add Aximo as an ADMIN of your group. This is an important point.
Then in your group mention it, simply write its username with @.
In response, you will get a command that you MUST SEND TO HIM IN PRIVATE.
This way Aximo will understand that it needs to link this group with you, and then all commands and buttons in private will be related to managing the source list for your group.
Switching between managing settings for private and group can be done with buttons on the bot's keyboard.

How to post in a topic
The bot is also capable of working with topics, specifically posting in the desired topic and even topics of your group. Let's imagine you've brought Aximo to the admins, linked it, and at some point decided to switch to topic mode in the group. For Aximo you can designate a separate topic where he will send messages, but depending on the tariff, he can also post in those topics where it's convenient for you.
In the desired topic, just like with linking, you simply mention Aximo. He will give you a command either the same (if posting in the main topic) or a command like /chat testgr1 123. What he gave you, you need to send him in private again. If everything went well you'll see such an image when calling the main menu:

Please pay attention to the circled item, this is the very item where, when you tap or hover your mouse over it, you will find out where exactly Aximo will deliver messages among your topics.
  • To change this default topic - simply mention Aximo in the desired topic again, you will receive a command like /chat testgr1 555 - sending it will switch Aximo to work with a different topic. Check in the same place as in the picture above in the main menu.
  • If your tariff allows, you can flexibly set up, for example, all sources write to one topic, but you want a separate source to write to its individual topic. Go to the source properties, there you will find the button "Topic for bot messages".

Please note that if there is a minus sign here, it means that this source is subject to posting to the destination indicated in the main menu title. However, if you press this button, you will get an example of commands to send this source to a separate topic:

You can tap or click on the topic info to find its link, which usually looks something like:
https://t.me/testgr1/555
This means that the bot will need to send (the word topic_id is part of the command):
/set topic_id 555 or you can also /set topic_id https://t.me/testgr1/555
If everything is successful, the bot will confirm it, after which in the source menu/card instead of a minus sign next to that button, there will be a checkmark, and the bot will start posting that source to the topic you specified. You can remove this setting by pressing that button again and then commanding /reset topic_id.

  • If you decide that all these topics are just for fun and you want to go back, it's easier, you change the group settings in Telegram, mention aximo in the group, the command like /chat testgr1 that it gave you needs to be sent to him in private. Then aximo works with it as with a regular group.

How to post in a channel
The logic is exactly the same as with a group - made aximo an admin, mentioned, got a command to message him in private messages. Then as usual with buttons in private messages, switch between your channels with buttons.

How to add sources
You can see examples of how to add sources by clicking the "+ Add source" button

As you may have noticed there is not only YouTube, but also many other sources. Yes, RSS is also there :)

How to add more sources
It may happen that the bot does not have native support for your resource, and the resource itself has not acquired RSS. In this case, the bot has two mechanisms to try to extract RSS from your source:
  • RSS proxy https://rss-proxy.madbots.dev/
  • RSS bridge https://rss-bridge.madbots.dev/
Both resources can be useful for analyzing your source and providing RSS understandable to Aximo, which can then be added to it.

Change the appearance of posts
Sometimes you want what aximo sends you to look different, or add links to your channel, or somehow have individuality.
Go to Settings:

And then to "Display options".
And here you will see, for example, "Notification Templates".

The same Templates are a quick and easy way to change the way your posts will look in your channel, group, or even private messages. Moreover, it is even possible to create some custom display template.
In addition to the templates, you can also try to change the way the final messages from the bot with content will look. Remember that the settings changed here will only affect new messages, the old ones will remain as they were - they are already delivered.
